Assuming that Ann Arbor's sheep citizens pass this millage  first of course. Heh. And no, we don't get a tax credit or rebate for what we paid to make (mandatory) repairs to the sidewalks around our property already. Having it both ways, eh Councilman Taylor? Heh.
