"Daily existence is increasingly that of despair, depression, and derangement, punctuated by news of the latest serial murder spree or global eco-disaster, consumed as horrible entertainments in the emptiness." - John Zerzan

The sniper they called "white death": Simo Hayha
White Death: the Sniper Who Killed 700 Soviets in 100 Days : A photo montage of Corporal Simo Häyhä the Finnish Army sniper who rained well aimed bullets upon Soviet invaders in 1939-40. The Soviets eventually deployed a 100 man special team of counter-snipers to take him down and they did eventually wound him. But not before he killed or wounded over 70 of them first. Hayha used a standard issue Mosin-Nagant Model 28 rifle often without a scope! Amazing. Hayha lived to the ripe old age 96.
