My vitally necessary medical device crapped out on me unexpectedly last night. So I didn't get much sleep. I looked up the manufacturer's website and signed on for a chat session with one of their CSR's. I plugged it in to see what details it would reveal and it started working again! Go figure that? We'll see about how it works tonight.
