Facial recognition software for drones being developed by the US Army

So that the drones can track your every move. They already have the capability to kill you. The Terminators can't be too far behind can they? I guess we potential prey for these things need to develop and stock up on DIY counter-measures like EMP technology and homemade RPGs. Hiding out isn't gonna be an option much longer. And as we learned from the movie you can't kill Terminators or drones with simple small arms fire.

Potencial solution to police layoffs?

Despite its nascent-Terminator like appearance eh? Having these cruising high crime/high risk environments (under control of a human operator though) may not be such a bad idea. They don't go on strike, ask for huge wages and benefits, demand to retire after 20 years at 80% of their salary, ask for OT pay or any of the other problems with human LEO's.

The guy featured in the story is making money by suing the bill collectors that are trying to collect from him. Nice work if you can get it.
