My plate of wild-caught crawfish appetizers from Goose Creek that flows through McCourtie Park in Somerset Center in Hillsdale county, MI. These were my three. Mighty tasty with lemon butter and some salt & pepper. Caught about 3pm and eaten about an hour and a half later.
