Between higher-tax tobacco taxes and anti-smoking propaganda campaigns people are actually smoking less. Go figure? You'd think this would be good news, eh? Michigan is one of the culprits here too. Smokers People here routinely travel to low tax Indiana and Ohio for smokes, gasoline, booze, fireworks and other stuff.
