When a foreign mercenary comes to your country to discuss "business opportunities" with your oppressive government the best counter-move is to publicly assassinate him . And that's just what the Libyan rebels did with this guy. UN-sponsored human rights commission trials in the Hague and all that shit take forever and just aren't enough of a deterrent anyhow. So good for them.
